Processing Time
All orders are handmade, so please allow 2–5 business days for us to prepare your order before it is shipped.
For custom or personalized orders, please allow additional production time (usually 7–14 business days, depending on complexity).

All packages are carefully packaged to protect your handmade items during transit.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the courier system.
Delays and Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Blossom Loop is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at blossomloopstore@gmail.com. We will assist in investigating with the courier, but we cannot guarantee replacement for international shipments that are lost due to customs issues.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete.
